Return & Exchange Policy

When a customer request for returns or exchanges, POP must get detailed reasons and inform vendors about the request.

If applicable, POP is gladly accept returns and exchanges for online purchases.

Contact POP within : 7 days of delivery. Ship item back to POP : 30 days of delivery.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged:

1. Perishable products (like food or flowers)
2. Intimate Items (for health/hygiene purpose) 3. Discounted items

Conditions of return:

1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. If the item is not returned in its original condition (eg: label tag still intact, the packaging), the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

POP does not accept cancellations

Customer can contact POP if they have any problems with their order.
